MedIndexer is a B2B directory of medical equipment and supplies vendors in the United States. These Terms govern your use of the MedIndexer website and services. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Directory role

MedIndexer is a sourcing directory. Listings are provided for informational purposes so that medical buyers can find and contact vendors. MedIndexer is not a party to any commercial transaction between a buyer and a vendor, does not guarantee the accuracy of any vendor claim, and does not make clinical recommendations.

2. Not clinical advice

Nothing on MedIndexer constitutes medical, clinical, or regulatory advice. Device classifications, FDA clearance, 510(k) numbers, and similar regulatory claims that appear on vendor listings are supplied by the vendor. Buyers must independently verify regulatory status and suitability for clinical use.

3. Accounts

To list a business or send enquiries you must create an account. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of any business you claim or register.

4. Listings and verification

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product taxonomy, service areas, and contact details. MedIndexer may review, edit, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. A “Verified” badge indicates that MedIndexer has independently reviewed basic business legitimacy; it is not a clinical, safety, or regulatory endorsement.

5. Enquiries and communication

Enquiries sent through MedIndexer are delivered to the vendor’s nominated contact. You agree not to use the enquiry flow to send spam, marketing pitches unrelated to sourcing, or abusive content. Pro-tier vendors may reply directly via email; those responses are routed via MedIndexer and logged for the buyer’s record.

6. Intellectual property

MedIndexer owns the directory structure, taxonomy, editorial content, and brand marks. Vendor logos and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for the purpose of identification within the directory.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedIndexer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and its aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to MedIndexer in the preceding twelve months.

8. Privacy

MedIndexer collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable US state and federal privacy law. We do not sell personal data. Buyers can request removal of enquiry records by contacting support.

9. Termination

MedIndexer may suspend or terminate access to the site for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
