About MedIndexer
MedIndexer is the directory of medical equipment and supplies vendors in the United States, indexed by category, sub-category, and individual product. It is a working sourcing tool for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, imaging centres, dental and dermatology practices, homecare programs, and group purchasing organisations.
Our mission
We make it easy for medical and life-sciences buyers to find the right vendors for their procurement needs — whether that's an MRI system in the Northeast, a CT scanner service contract in Texas, portable ultrasound units under a certain price point, an autoclave for a dental surgery, or reliable suppliers of infusion pumps and consumables. MedIndexer lets buyers drill from broad category down to specific product and see exactly which vendors serve that SKU family in their state.
For vendors
Listing your business is free. Get discovered by medical procurement, biomedical engineering, and clinical buyers actively sourcing across your product categories. Pro listings get priority placement, enquiry analytics, expanded profiles, and the ability to apply for verification.
How the taxonomy works
MedIndexer uses a three-level taxonomy so that every search lands in the right place:
- Category — e.g. Diagnostic & Imaging Equipment, Surgical & OR Equipment, Laboratory & Research Equipment.
- Sub-category — e.g. Medical Imaging, Ultrasound & Sonography, Clinical Laboratory.
- Product — e.g. MRI Systems, CT Scanners, Pulse Oximeters, Autoclaves, Infusion Pumps.
