Vivani strikes reverse-merger agreement with ClearOne for BCI business
Vivani Medical has entered a reverse-merger agreement with ClearOne, combining its brain-computer interface (BCI) business with ClearOne to create a publicly listed entity. Upon completion, the combined company will be renamed Cortigent Holdings and will trade on Nasdaq, providing Vivani's BCI technology with public market access.
