Roche’s TIB MOLBIOL introduces in vitro newborn screening test kit

Roche Diagnostics subsidiary TIB MOLBIOL launched the LightMix Newborn TREC/SMN1/HBB, an in vitro diagnostic test kit for newborn screening. The test targets three conditions: T-cell receptor excision circles (TREC), spinal muscular atrophy (SMN1), and sickle cell disease (HBB gene).
