Axel Johnson Inc. has acquired Fort Wayne Metals and its parent company Fort Wayne Metals Research Products. The nitinol supplier, founded in 1970 and based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, will remain headquartered at its current location under new ownership. Financial terms were not disclosed.
