Medtronic continues assembly of industry’s “broadest” pain therapy portfolio

Medtronic completed its $650 million acquisition of SPR Therapeutics and formally launched ViaVerte at the American Society of Pain Neuromodulation conference on 16 July. The deal expands Medtronic's pain management portfolio, adding peripheral nerve stimulation technology to its existing spinal cord stimulation and neuromodulation offerings.
