High-precision stainless steel tubing supplier M&M International buys KC Tech

M&M International, a New Jersey-based supplier of high-precision stainless steel tubing for medical devices, has acquired KC Tech. M&M, founded in 1993, manufactures 304, 316-grade, and 17-7 stainless steel small-diameter tubing and operates manufacturing facilities in South Korea. The deal consolidates two suppliers serving the medical device sector.
