Gerresheimer expands Georgia plant and makes automation upgrades

Gerresheimer, a German medical device CDMO, has expanded its Peachtree City, Georgia manufacturing facility and installed two automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) to boost production and logistics capacity. The plant manufactures inhalers, infusion components, microinjectors, microbiological test cards, and autoinjectors.
