Cretex Medical expands with Holland Molds deal
Cretex Medical, a subsidiary of Cretex Cos., acquired select assets and capabilities from Holland Molds Inc. in Wadena, Minnesota, with the deal closing June 10. The purchase expands Cretex Medical's contract manufacturing and engineering service offerings through its Brooklyn Park-based Component & Device Technologies division.
