Virtua Health

Virtua Health is a prominent non-profit academic health system based in Marlton, New Jersey. It serves as the largest provider of advanced healthcare in South Jersey and beyond. Established through a series of mergers dating back to the late 19th century, Virtua was officially formed in 1998 and expanded its services with the acquisition of Lourdes Health System in 2019. The organization operates five hospitals, two satellite emergency departments, and over 40 ambulatory surgery centers, along with more than 400 care sites across Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties. Virtua offers a wide range of services, including cardiology, orthopedics, advanced surgery, and maternity care.
