TidalHealth is a non-profit healthcare organization based in Salisbury, Maryland, dedicated to providing patient-centered care across the Delmarva Peninsula. Formed in 2020 from the merger of Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, and McCready Memorial Hospital, TidalHealth brings together nearly 5,000 healthcare providers to enhance community health. The organization operates multiple facilities, including TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, TidalHealth Nanticoke, and TidalHealth McCready Pavilion, along with a physician network featuring 30 locations and 250 providers across 19 specialties. TidalHealth offers a wide range of healthcare services, including specialty care in areas such as neurosurgery and cancer treatment, as well as emergency and acute care. They also focus on primary and preventive care, community outreach, and wellness initiatives. The TidalHealth Foundation supports the organization through program expansion and community health efforts.
