About Tenex Health

Tenex Health develops and markets the Tenex Health TX® System, a minimally invasive medical device for treating chronic tendon and bone pathology. The proprietary technology uses ultrasonic microresection to address diseased soft tissue, calcifications, and bone spurs without open surgery. Indicated conditions include tendinopathy, calcific tendon disease, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff pathology, tennis/golfer's elbow, Achilles tendon disorders, and Haglund's deformity. The system has been deployed in over 240,000 procedures since introduction in 2012 and demonstrates 85% or greater patient satisfaction in peer-reviewed clinical studies. The Tenex procedure was developed in collaboration with Mayo Clinic and is supported by over 100 independent peer-reviewed publications. The device is widely available at U.S. healthcare institutions. As of 2026, Tenex Health has announced the Tenex 2nd Generation System with expanded capabilities; operational details and new product information are referenced on the Trice Medical website, indicating potential corporate transition or partnership.
