Nupur Technologies manufactures the Earigator®, an advanced self-contained cerumen (ear wax) removal system designed for ENT practices, audiology clinics, urgent care, emergency departments, and nursing homes. The device combines otoscopic visualization with controlled-pressure irrigation, maintaining water at body temperature (37°C) with regulated pressure (0.8 bar) to safely remove impacted cerumen in under 30 seconds without caloric or vertigo side effects. The system features LED illumination with magnification, optional cart, and disposable nozzles. Non-physician staff including nurses, audiologists, and hearing aid professionals can be trained to operate the device safely, reducing referral costs and improving patient retention across healthcare settings.
