Maruho Hatsujyo Group (MHG) is a US subsidiary of Maruho Hatsujyo Kogyo (MHK), a Japanese precision technology and manufacturing company headquartered in Kyoto. Established in 2014, MHG serves as the North American development and operations hub for MHK's global business. The company operates three primary divisions: Maruho Machinery Solutions (blister packaging machinery); Maruho Relucent Plastics (injection molding and polymer processing); and Maruho Relucent Metals (precision metal manufacturing and medical device components). MHG maintains a 32,000 square-foot facility in Erie, Colorado, with core competencies in high-heat polymer processing, insert molding, clean-room molding, in-house tooling, custom assembly, and precision metal processing. The company supports pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers with product development, small-batch and mid-volume manufacturing, clinical trials, and stability testing. MHG is vertically integrated to enable rapid prototyping and scaled production. Product lines include the Eagle-LP blister packaging machine for thermoforming and cold-foil forming applications, custom injection-molded components, precision metal parts, and design consultation services.
