Intermountain Health is the largest nonprofit health system in the Intermountain West, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 1975, it operates an integrated network that provides high-quality, affordable healthcare across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. The organization employs over 64,000 people and serves more than 3 million telehealth patients, supported by a medical group of over 5,000 physicians.
The system includes 33 hospitals and 385–400 clinics, offering a wide range of services such as hospital-based care, outpatient clinic services, telehealth, home healthcare, and health insurance through SelectHealth.
