Dentists InterNational Lab (DIL) is a specialized dental laboratory based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, providing comprehensive restorative dental services to dental practices. The lab specializes in CAD/CAM milled crown fabrication with a signature 3-day turnaround for monolithic crowns, leveraging standardized workflows and advanced milling technology to achieve micrometer-tolerance precision. DIL is CEREC-certified and offers multiple turnaround options (same-day, next-day, two-day, three-day) for chairside-milled restorations. The lab serves general practice dentists with a full portfolio of restorations including full-contour zirconia crowns, E.max pressed and milled restorations, and removable prosthetics.
