Coyote O&P, Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of orthotic and prosthetic devices, components, and supporting products serving O&P practitioners globally. Founded in 1999 by Dale Perkins, CPO, and son Matt Perkins (both amputees), the company specializes in patented prosthetic locking mechanisms, suspension systems, orthotic struts, adhesives, and composite materials. Product lines include prosthetic locks (Air-Lock, Easy-Off Lock, Proximal Lock, Low Pro Lock, Summit Lock, Lanyard Puck), dynamic AFO struts, pediatric AFO struts, connectors, Coyote Composite (an alternative to carbon fiber), and proprietary adhesives.
