Boost Therapeutic Innovations manufactures GiggleFIT Therapeutic Play Gym (TPG), a research-based adaptive exercise system designed for children with medical complexity, neuromuscular weakness, and developmental delays. The product line addresses movement poverty and rehabilitation access barriers by enabling therapeutic exercise in hospital, home, school, and community settings. GiggleFIT offers three primary configurations: Neonatal TPG (NEO) for NICU environments with low-footprint design; Hospital2Home TPG (H2H) for older infants through adolescents transitioning from inpatient to home-based care; and Expert Training Kits for single and multi-child use in private practice, early intervention, and school settings. The system provides head/trunk support for adaptive play while improving flexibility, strength, cognition, breathing, and fine motor skills through caregiver-mediated, trauma-informed protocols. Distributed exclusively through OPSB for hospital channels since 2026.
