Bard Access Systems in now BD

C.R. Bard, Inc. was acquired by Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) on December 29, 2017. The acquisition was announced in April 2017 and was expected to close in the fall. Following the acquisition, Bard became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Becton Dickinson.
