Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC)

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the health needs of over 158,000 Alaska Native and American Indian individuals in Alaska. Established in 1997, ANTHC works in partnership with Tribal health organizations within the Alaska Tribal Health System to provide comprehensive health services and support. Its services include preventative health programs, public health infrastructure development, education and training for rural health providers, and research initiatives. The organization operates the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), a 182-bed hospital that offers a range of medical services, emphasizing culturally sensitive care.
